1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Tastyful, Auxilery LLC may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and account identifiers.
- Meal information, including meal descriptions, dates, nutrition entries, preferences, and photos you choose to upload.
- Generated information, such as estimated foods, calories, macronutrients, and optional meal artwork.
- Technical information, such as device, browser, app version, diagnostic, security, and basic usage data.
- Communications, including information you send when requesting support or providing feedback.
- Subscription information, including your account identifier, purchased plan, store transaction information, subscription status, and complimentary-access grants. Apple or Google processes your payment; Tastyful does not receive your full payment-card details.
2. How we use information
Auxilery LLC uses information to provide and improve Tastyful, maintain your meal history, generate nutrition estimates and optional images, sync information across supported devices, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Automated processing and nutrition estimates
Tastyful may use automated systems and third-party service providers to interpret meal descriptions or photos and produce nutrition estimates or artwork. These results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Tastyful is not a medical service, and its estimates should not replace professional medical or dietary advice.
4. How information is shared
Auxilery LLC does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate Tastyful, such as providers of authentication, cloud hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, and automated content processing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If you choose to use a sharing or export feature, the information you select may be provided to the people, apps, or services you choose.
We use RevenueCat to validate and manage in-app subscriptions. We share your Tastyful account identifier and purchase information with RevenueCat so access can be restored and kept in sync across your devices. Meal descriptions, meal photos, and health records are not sent to RevenueCat by our subscription integration.
5. Data retention
Auxilery LLC retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Tastyful, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by the type of information. Information may remain for a limited time in backups after it is deleted from active systems.
6. Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information, such as meal photos. You may also review or correct meal entries within Tastyful, export supported nutrition history, or request help with account information through the support channel listed in the Tastyful app or its app-store listing. Some information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
7. Data security
Auxilery LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so Auxilery LLC cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
Tastyful is not directed to children under 13, and Auxilery LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact Auxilery LLC through the support channel listed in the app or its app-store listing.
9. International use
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Auxilery LLC takes reasonable steps to protect information as described in this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
Auxilery LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If changes are material, Auxilery LLC may provide additional notice where appropriate.
